The last gold mine from the Eden network, now known as Envato is called Theme Forest. You might know about FlashDen and AudioJungle already and this one works the same way but sells website themes.
Create an account and start selling your wordpress or drupal theme to the futur wide range of customer. I have never sold any template online yet but it seems a pretty good way of making cash easily.
The down point is the commission you take on each sale. Between 25% and 50% witch they take between 50% and 75% and it’s a lot. The other things is I am not sure who will fix the price of each theme. It seems that they won’t sell theme for more than $75 but are they fixing the price themselves or is it the designer?
