I’ve added a poll in the sidebar if you want to give your opinion on what method you prefer to search web galleries. There are many (to much?) web galleries out there but they don’t offer the same level of search adn navigation.

For example, the gallery here gives you the categories and the search box. But some others allow you to search by layout, main colors or user ratings. I am thinking about improving Yoursiteisvalid and maybe changing the way people search for websites.

In my case I really like the option to search by colors. That what I usually search when I look for inspiration. You often don’t have full freedom on colors because of logos and brand image of your client and when their main color is yellow or pink it’s easier to search for good example using that particular color.
