Yeah pretty big news right? After the announcement this morning from Microsoft that they were dropping Internet Explorer development, Mozilla add another one by saying the merge of code base of IE 9 and Firefox 4.0 to make… Fire Explorer.
Damn that’s probably one of the biggest announcement in the last few year of internet browser war. Now what would make it even bigger is if they could supply Fire Explorer by default with Windows. We could see, at last, a really drop in Internet Explorer usage to the profit of Open source software.
Bring it on, can’t wait to see that.
