Back on track on the website of the week with the colourful site of F. Claire Scroggins. Here it’s all about the artwork and the quality of the illustrations really. I love the colours and the simplicity of the front page. I’m also a big fan of vector artwork and here each page has a unique design and set of graphics.
It’s bold, bright and creative. There is even a surprise at the end if your use your mouse wheel. Very well done!
It is interesting to see that more and more portfolio are going down the route of the originality. Like the horizontal navigation for example, which you will find only on a few website. It’s designers like Claire imo that push the web toward the right creative direction by doing what’s in their mind and not what everyone else is doing.
